1) Reservation: Make a deposit of THB 50,000.00
which is completely recoverable by deduction from the final payment.
2) Signing: The Sales or Leasing Agreement is
to be signed within 15 days of the reservation. A 25 % payment
of the total price is required upon the signing of the agreement,
which will be secured against the land on which the house is to
be built. 3) Engineering complete - foundations, pillars,
concrete floors: 20% of purchase price
4) Roof and walls built : 15% of purchase price
5) First fix of plumbing and electrics, plastering, windows
and doors fitted : 15 % of purchase price
5) House finished, infrastructure complete :
15 % of purchase price
6) Passed Customer Inspection : 10 % of purchase
price
